If you are buying one flat or numerous apartment blocks: We are offering a Conveyance Package including local searches, contract due dilligence, representation and monitoring of Land Registry transactions. We supply you with an English contract review explaining the key factors of the contract. We have an English speaking representative present at the contract signing procedure or act directly on your behalf with power of attorney. We communicate with tax offices and local authorities. We offer a client trust account for your transactions.
Our firm has a fixed-fee policy for real estate acquisition services on a per unit base, depending on the purchase price:

Example: A client is buying a flat in Berlin for an agreed price of 180,000 EUR. ZIMMER provides the services described above for a fixed-fee of 899.00 EUR.

Commonhold Law
After buying a flat or commercial unit you become a mandatory member of the Commonhold Association (Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaft), the community of unit owners. This association administrates the commonon facilities of the block and decides on communal matters.
The decisions of the Commonhold Association are binding for all members. We counsel and represent our clients in all matters related to the Commonhold.
